Do you remember the amazing body art illusions by Craig Tracy? It seems that Craig has a competitor – 25-year-old German artist Gesine Marwedel. From flamingo to iguana, she can turn people into any animal using special paint that is not harmful to the body of her models.

Gesine is certified in rehabilitation science, and after working in an orphanage in India for several years she is now a speech therapist. Besides body painting, the young woman does hennapainting, wallpaining and paintings on canvas, switching between realism and surrealism in her work. Gesine admits that what she loves about bodypainting is how it helps people rediscover their beauty. Sounds like a good kind of therapy as well!
