Inaugurare MNAClab/ MNAClab opening

MNAClab este primul laborator din Romania dedicat productiei si postproductiei multimedia capabil sa transforme in realitate propunerile unei generatii de artisti contemporani, pina in acest moment lipsita de sprijin tehnic.

Gratie Grantului Cultural oferit de Guvernul Japoniei, MNAClab este o infrastructura tehnica, un laborator media unde se vor conserva, cerceta, produce si promova lucrari si proiecte la intersectia dintre tehnologie si time-based arts (arta media, video, muzica, dans, etc).

Cu aceasta ocazie, MNAClab lanseaza invitatia pentru propuneri de proiecte ce vor fi produse in spatiile si cu echipamentele laboratorului.

MNAC launches on 29th of October, 3 PM, its new MNAClab, with the participation of  H.E. Mr. Natsuo AMEMIYA, Ambassador of Japan in Romania and Mitsubishi Romania representatives. 

MNAClab is the first laboratory in Romania, dedicated to the production and postproduction of multimedia works which aims to put in practice the proposals of a generation of contemporary artists confronted by now with an acute lack of technical support. 

Thanks to The Cultural Grant offered by the Japanese Government MNAClab will be a technical infrastructure, a media laboratory for conservation, research and production of works and projects at the intersection of technology and time-based arts (media arts, video, music, dance, etc.).

On this occasion, MNAClab will also launch a call for projects to be produced in its space and with its newly acquired equipments.
