Nap-Of-the-Earth (prescurtat NOE), este un tip de zbor la altitudine foarte joasă, folosit în aviaţia militară, pentru a evita detecţia de către adversar în împrejurimi riscante.
Cu această expoziţie, noi va îndemnăm să zburaţi cât mai aproape de pământ.

„Printre fiinţe, unele există prin natură, altele există prin alte cauze; prin natură există animalele, părţile lor şi plantele şi corpurile simple, cum sunt pămîntul, focul, aerul şi apa, pentru că noi spunem că şi acestea există prin natură.
Toate aceste lucruri menţionate se vede că se deosebesc de cele care nu există prin natură. Astfel, lucrurile care există prin natură, toate, se vede că au în ele însele un principiu de mişcare şi repaus, unele, în ceea ce priveşte locul, altele, în ceea ce priveşte creşterea şi descreşterea, iar altele, în ceea ce priveşte alterarea; dar patul şi haina şi alte lucruri de acest fel, după cum aparţine fiecare acestei categorii şi întrucît este făcut de un meşteşug; nu au nici un imbold al schimbării înnăscute, ci numai întrucît ele sunt de piatră sau de lemn, sau de amîndouă aceste lucruri, şi numai în această privinţă, întrucît natura este cauza şi principiul mişcării şi repausului pentru lucrul în care se află mai întîi în sine, şi nu prin accident.”

Din 2013, Otilia Cadar şi Liviu Coman lucrează împreună la proiecte de artă, formând un grup artistic.

Nap-Of-the-Earth (abbreviated NOE) is a type of very low-altitude flight course used by military aircraft to avoid enemy detection and attack in a high-threat environment.
With this exhibition we impulse you to fly as close as possible to the Earth.
„Of things that exist, some exist by nature, some from other causes. By nature the animals and their parts exist, and the plants and the simple bodies (earth, fire, air, water) – for we say that these and the like exist by nature.
All the things mentioned plainly differ from things which are not constituted by nature. For each of them has within itself a principle of motion and of stationariness (in respect of place, or of growth and decrease, or by way of alteration). On the other hand, a bed and a coat and anything else of that sort, qua receiving these designations – i.e. in so far as they are products of art – have no innate impulse to change. But in so far as they happen to be composed of stone or of earth or of a mixture of the two, they do have such an impulse, and just to that extent – which seems to indicate that nature is a principle or cause of being moved and of being at rest in that to which it belongs primarily, in virtue of itself and not accidentally.”
